Introduction

Preamble

Whereas we realized the fact that the social service has vital role in the development of the country, this Organization has been established with the bona-fide intention by having objective to establish universal norms of human right and to promote the interest of children through the establishment of back warded children, women and youth in the society; this Organization has also objective to promote the feeling of peace, love, harmony, equality and love towards the country and to develop the feeling of brotherhood by not discriminating to each other on the basis of cast, color, gender, language, class and thought;

Whereas this organization is also established with the feeling of pure social service and to operate special activities to protect human rights and environmental protection through the social service, using scientific and modern method in the agriculture field, controlling environmental pollution and maintaining peace and security in the society;

In our earth, there are a lot of hidden difficulties and problems we are facing. It's our utmost responsibility to find such problems and face them with proper solutions. Worldwide, about 800 million people are chronically hungry, meaning that they are undernourished in terms of calories . More than 2 billion people are affected by hidden hunger, meaning that they suffer from micronutrient deficiencies. Although progress was made in reducing these problems, ending hunger in all its forms – as stated in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) – remains a global challenge . The goal of ending hunger in all its forms involves a broad definition of hunger, including calorie deficiencies (chronic hunger), micronutrient deficiencies (hidden hunger), and related health problems.

Therefore, we have, hereby, framed the Constitution, 2068 of a non-governmental organization named "Human Right and Environment Improvement Center" with the aforementioned purpose pursuant to the Registration of Associations Act, 2034.
